药品的稳定性参数与三方面有关:微生物学的,化学的,物理学上的.高效液相色谱可测量药品的化学稳定性,但是需要花费大量的资源,如大量的时间、专业的培训和昂贵的设备投入。水活度(AW),一种相对湿度法,是一种快速、简单、低成本的方法可用来预测药品的微生物稳定性(AOAC1980,Enigl1999, Enigland Sorrells 1997,FDA 1979, Friedel1999,Friedel and CundellI998)。 Pharmaceutical Stability Testing Using Water Activity Introduction Many pharmaceutical product stability parameters exist: microbiological,chemical, and physical.
